“We ordered flooring from McCools flooring to match an existing floor.
Understandly, it was back ordered. No big deal. We planned installation when it came in, the flooring arrived at the estimated time period.

The installer called us with a time he would arrive. He picked up the flooring and arrived when he said he would be here. He worked hard to get the flooring down. It looked great. He had to come back the next day and complete stair treads and finish up. The installer was sub contracted to McCools Flooring. He and his crew did an outstanding job. They worked very hard and were precise in every detail. In short, McCools Flooring and the installer they hire are a great team. I highly recommend them. We are super pleased with the finished product.“
