Was on my way to my appointment only to find out it was canceled. Called the front desk to find out why because I was literally on my way. Found out it’s because of my insurance. To me it didn’t make sense and the front desk just kept saying the same thing over again. When I said I’m not getting understand she didn’t even attempt to try to get me to understand.

Terrible experience with scheduling and office staff. After waiting to be seen by a doctor my wife was finally able to get an appointment at this location. Upon trying to navigate to there she discovered that their office is not located where the maps directed her. She attempted to call the office for assistance and after several calls was finally able to get through only to be told she has 3 minutes to arrive or be rescheduled. Upon arriving with 2 minutes to spare, the staff rudly stated that she needed to reschedule. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking help.

I'm not surprised seeing such an abundance of negative reviews. The doctors are AWESOME and I appreciate the talent they have in their field and the care it is game changing and life saving!Some staff outside of that, well I'm praying for whatever you are going through. I'm also praying that you stop putting it on others because who you are inside is just spilling out and its a mess. Please get it together but know you are being prayed for. Please change??I honestly am so bothered thinking about having to come back in that office and interact with you in order to get health care.
