I can not express how pleased I am with America's Best , from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such kindness and Dusty really went above and beyond to help me with choosing the best glasses for me she also worked hard to get me the best deal for my purchase and it was amazing. My glasses frame arm broke from my seatbelt retracting as soon as I got to work driving an hour away. Day before Thanksgiving. So I drove home a mess. Friday drive to work again and then I went straight to the office there in Kokomo and Rhonda took the best care of me. She replaced my glasses with same exact frames she had on display she popped my lenses into the pait she had and I was on my way in less than half an hour. No one‘s ever given me that kind of customer service that way that quick and that courteous.she is one of a kind. We need more Rhondas in the customer care world. Top tier customer service
Dusty was the greatest. Had an excellent visit. Save the OWL though. Without the OWL mascot for the company we would have never had the privilege to experience how good shopping for eye care can be.
