My son bent his glasses at school, so I had to scoop him over and rush to the store, getting there right at closing time. Even though I was late, the store manager, Hannah, stayed past closing to get my son's glasses fixed enough to last, and get a new set ordered and on the way. She even applied a number of discounts to the new pair. And as if all that's not enough, this is a union shop! I can't speak highly enough of my experience at this store.
These folks were kind enough to fix my bent frames just on a walk-in (no appointment), knowing that I don't even live in the area, at no charge, all with a great attitude. THANK YOU! This kind of service is rare nowadays. If I lived in town, Heartland Vision would be my regular optician. The reviews are outstanding and I see why.
