I had a 20 year old furnace that was shorting somewhere internally. Darryl couldn't guarantee that a new wiring harness and circuit board would fix the problem, even if he could still find a replacement. His recommendation was a new furnace, which I feel was a reliable recommendation, and not just a sales pitch. Their service and communication was great! The installers got our new unit put in ahead of the scheduled date. They worked late on a Friday evening, and did not rush. Summer's came out and put a new capacitor on the AC unit, and said the compressor was seized up, Alternative came out and put a new capacitor on a the unit is working great! So happy with their service!!!!!

Customer service and hospitality was beyond reproach. The guys were here when they said, on time and worked quickly to solve my pre existing issues that allowed the full installation of my air conditioning unit in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Alternative!!
