I knew I needed to pen a review after receiving a phone call from one of the florists earlier today advising me that the flowers in my original bouquet order were unavailable, but that they would be more than willing to accommodate any replacements and would work with me on a design to match my original order. I reassured them that I gave them full creative control to design a bouquet comparable to the one I ordered with the suggestion of maybe placing lilies in lieu of the tulips that were out of stock, and suffice it to say that they knocked it out of the park! There was a density to the bouquet that felt heavy- it was exquisitely put together, looked and felt luxe and high quality. The image does very little justice to the overall effect of the presentation. Delivery was quick (I placed an order the same day and it was delivered that afternoon), and the online portal for placing an order was extremely simple to use. This floral shop has my business indefinitely!

I went into this floral shop looking for something for my wife for our anniversary. I wanted to do something that was out of the normal when it comes to the flower arrangement that I wanted and this place knocked in out of the park. Thank you again for accommodating me on my weird request.

My sister specifically asked for NO ROSES, and for it too look like a NATURAL WATERFALL. What do they do add ROSES to a UNIFORM waterfall. When placing the order they were no at all pleasant, kept pushing for roses. My sister compromise said she would go for a LOOSE ROSE, but not everywhere. Her bouquet had rose to high heaven, and they were in fact not loose. My sister even as far to show her a photo of what she WANTED NOT WHAT THE LADY WANTED. 0/10 not happy. We order for a toss bouquet, didn’t even get that. 0/10 not happy. The boutonniere look so pitiful. Just a flower with no green. We spent $900 for all this just for my sister to be disappointed. For it not being HER BOUQUET. But for it being a OLD LADY BOUQUET. We will not be going back to her, for the poor communication, and the absolutely attitude we received. If I was my mother and sister I would be calling and demanding a refund, and a new bouquet. 10/10 I would not recommend this run down flower store.
