Wright Choice is the right choice for home inspections! Ian is very thorough and provides plenty of pictures and great descriptions of the problem, rates the urgency of the issue, and provides a lengthy report that is easy to navigate and 'digest.' We've been the Buyer and the Seller on different properties Ian has inspected. They offer a variety of services at reasonable, market prices.

This is our third time buying a home and our first time using Wright Choice for our inspection, and I’m so glad we did. Scheduling was easy and completely stress-free, the text reminders and communication were incredibly helpful, and Logan was extremely thorough. I especially loved reviewing the report on the iPad with photos and clear recommendations. Between the detailed report and the thoughtful follow-up after the inspection, I truly felt at peace knowing we had a complete, in-depth look at our future home.
