They did a very thorough inspection of the home I am in the process of buying, and emailed a link to the full report online that lists everything very clearly with photos. The inspection was very in depth! They also were able to inspect the home the next day after I reached out to book the inspection, which was very convenient.
I am purchasing a new Built and Wright Choice Property Inspector came out to doing our inspection for us. Logan was very nice and thorough. He also answered all my questions and explained everything. At the end of the inspection he showed me all the pictures he took and explained the things he found and what needed to be done or made me aware of some things I as a home owner should look out for ..I definitely would recommend WRIGHT CHOICE PROPERTY INSPECTION when you are buying a home to ease your mind that what you are purchasing has been inspected thoroughly!!
I’ve had many home inspections done on various properties by different companies. I have never been more impressed by the ease of scheduling, the detail of the report, the user friendliness of the reporting software, and the options for additional add-on inspections. My mind was put at ease, and I knew exactly what to focus on for my quotes and requests from the sellers. Hopefully I won’t move for a long time, but when I do, I’ll only ever use Wright Choice.
