I've been waiting over a month for an appointment at Bennett & Bloom in Jeffersonville. I sat in the waiting room today for 25 minutes and they still hadn't even called me up to get my ID & Insurance card. Several others who came in after me had already been called so I walked up to make sure they hadn't forgotten me. (There was only 1 doctor there today so I knew the others were seeing the same doctor I was.) I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life! I was basically verbally attacked by the receptionist and the 2 techs standing behind her. I also watched them be very rude to an elderly disabled man in a wheelchair. They couldn't seem to get measurements correctly, had to make a return visit to go through process a second time. They messed up my billing and worse my eyesight. Paid 5,196.00 out of pocket was told exactly how much I owed in advance. Was told they expected full payment in advance. After they told me in advance what I would need to pay at each visit for my procedures (they do it in 2 steps) I asked if this was my total payment expected , they assured me it had been run through insurance and I was only to expect a bill for anesthesia (147.00) I paid everything up front as required. I had also been told to say goodbye to prescription glasses, I would only need readers.... read full review

Awful. Treat people like cattle. Triple schedule and do unnecessary tests!!! Would not refer my worst enemy to these people!! I would give them no stars if I could!!! Ridiculous wait times. Prepare to spend your day like all the other cattle headed to slaughter.
