I was told two months ago that I had to give insurance information before I could make an appointment. Today, two months later was my appoinment. They called to tell me they don't take my insurance. That's just negligent. When I said this is really bad as I'm not doing well at all the lady just say silently. Terrible place.

I really like Jan and Ann as nurse practitioners, They are very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. However the medication department is terrible. They do not respond to refill requests from the pharmacy. I have had the issue for years and it never improves. I stay because of, first Jan and now Ann as they are great.
