When my dad passed unexpectedly in February, I found Magnolia Cremations online and called them for help.
Prencesa was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful in getting everything arranged quickly. I was able to do everything online, including choosing my dad's urn, deciding whether or not to have a service, and making my payment.
Throughout the process, Prencesa and Abbey went above and beyond to help me out and answer any questions I had. I could contact them via phone, text and email and they always answered quickly.

Magnolia Cremations is Jeffersonville, Indiana couldn't have been one of the most understanding, caring and there every moment during my family's time of grief. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest experiences one could go through and it was like an angel from God gave me Princessa. This lady made every process go smoothly and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me and my family. She made me feel like she was part of my family.
