Chad was great! He was very thorough going over the property during the inspection. The report was very detailed and easy to understand with pictures and the location of each issue. He also gave us useful information about the property - location of shut-off valves, etc. We feel good knowing that someone with a good eye checked over the property and having a list of what needs to be fixed.
