I would HIGHLY recommend Clark Memorial Hospital Mental Health Clinic to anyone who is having a difficult time with their mental health. I ended up in the emergency room back in April of 2022 at age 20, due to a severe panic attack. I met with Kristin via the computer while sitting in the ER and was encouraged to take part in an outpatient group therapy program (IOP) at the mental health clinic. I decided to take the chance and give it a try, which I will forever be grateful for. Here is a bit of my experience at this amazing center:

This place isn't appreciated enough, everyone here is phenomenal. If you're new to therapy, returning, or even had bad experiences in the past, give this place a shot, I promise you'll find someone here that can help you the right way.
