I’ve had monthly pest control services for years with Black Diamond. I’ve had several technicians along the years. I feel like that’s to be expected now days. They’ve all been pretty good but my technician now, Lucas Myers has been excellent! By far my favorite monthly technician I’ve ever had. He’s so friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and does quality work. Black Diamond if you read this. This young man is great for your company!

Repeat customer here. Enrolled in exterior protection plan after experiencing a lot of ants just outside our porch and backdoor. Jakob was very professional and offered observations on trimming of branches for more prevention. They never upsell and always timely and courteous.
