Been using BJ for 4 years now. Never feel like we are being taken advantage of. Just replaced entire HVAC/Heat Pump/Furnace in one day. Shopped around, found cheaper systems but ultimately BJ had the best value.
I woke to no heat this morning. Just 5 hours later I now have heat. Jerome Jackson was my technician. He was very nice and also very professional. What I really liked is that he explained that it might require 2 parts to be installed. He started with the less expensive one and it worked. I appreciate that he set the expectations and explained in detail the issue. I hope when I need future work they send him to my house. Thanks Jerome.
I called BJ Heating when we needed to get our furnace and AC replaced due to recommendations. I happily add my name to the list of those who would recommend them. They did a fantastic job, told us exactly what to expect, and finished everything in a day. The price was very reasonable, and there were no hidden charges, or add-ons that usually jack the price up. They were so efficient, respectful, and did it all on our schedule. I couldn't be happier, and will use them for anything else that comes up. You should too.
