I have a dog that really doesn't like strangers, he's very reactive towards them. Going to the vet is always a nightmare, but they made everything so easy! The staff were so patient with him and came up with ideas to help him feel more comfortable. By the end of the appointment, he had made friends with the vet and multiple techs and was even able to get an injection without any sedatives or other drastic measures. I'm so used to vets dismissing us, not even doing a basic exam, sending us home with more prescriptions to get him to be more sedated next time and I can tell that they're annoyed that he's being so difficult but not Access Vet Care! Such a great place with amazing staff. Everyone from the receptionists to the Dr. were so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Our puppy had a great first vet visit. And my favorite, it was so fast and no waiting! When you make an appointment, you're actually seen at your appointment time! I only wish my dr was like this!

I love how caring and understanding the entire staff is. The since of humour on the automated call and online check in, crack me up. ? And the follow up call to check to see how your fur baby is doing after visiting. ❤❤❤❤ melts my heart every time. AVC is wonderful!
