I love all of the staff there. It was our first time there. Theyre were so good to Sage. Update: we’ve been taking Sage to Allison Ln for 5 years. Dr Roberts takes good care of Sage. She’s very knowledgeable in her field. They give good care there very happy there.
Dr. Melanie and staff are the very best!Knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, communicate well, prompt and they treat all pets like their family. I’d give 10 stars if I could. When I had to put my beloved Jegs down I could not have asked for more kindness. They cried with me.
Melanie is great with our little Ellie. Allison Lane has the best people working there. Our little Ellie is handled with care, everything is explained and questions are answered. Melanie has also consulted other vets in the care of our little Ellie to make sure we got the best care. We are so very thankful for Melanie and Allison Lane!!!
