We've been having good experiences with Tom's. I appreciate having a small team there to help us with the buying process and on the service end. In buying our new appliances, I felt like they were very helpful in choosing quality products that would meet our timeline need. I like knowing who to call if there is an issue and I feel like their install/service folks are experienced and trained well.
