He was good about explaining the issue and answered all my questions. The price was also reasonable. This will be our go to for repairs. I called RAR to repair our 17 year old dryer. They scheduled an appt quickly and repaired our dryer at a very reasonable price. The tech was very friendly and showed and explained everything he did, and cleaned up after. They then called a week later to make sure everything was satisfactory.
