It's a really great experience here. Dr. Fischer and crew were all very good, thorough, and professional. They are extremely busy for a reason. Skip the corporate chain stores and go to a real optometrist! They offer a discount if you pay in full that day, which is great if you are self pay. Very impressed and I have found my place to go in Jasper.
The staff (Dr. Fischer, Dayana & Elisha) were very courteous. I have never had a bad experience there and have been going there for several years. I highly recommend them to family and friends. They are always on time and willing to answer any and all of your questions.
WOOWWW! THEY WOULDNT EVEN SEE OUR 12 MONTH OLD BABY WITH EYE PROBLEMS! APPALLED AND DUMBFOUNDED BY HOW WE WERE TREATED TODAY. DISGUSTED also, there's no way to leave any current ratings that I could find. They've went way down hill. They don't take a baby because first, it was because she had medicaid. Even though we told the woman we kept having to repeat information to, that our VSP is going to kick in today or tomorrow. Next, when she found the VSP and it was already effective, they refused her because she's too young. WHAT?
