If you’re thinking about building, he’s been an INCREDIBLE resource to talk to and evaluates so many small details to make sure your vision works.
Not only that, but I’ve also talked to other members of the Kerstien team and they’ve also been kind and courteous with all my questions as well. I would absolutely recommend them if you’re looking at building or any new construction ideas!

We built with Kerstiens 10 years ago and this house has been one of the best built homes we have ever lived in. We have never had any issues and I would not hesitate to build with Todd again. He builds a good quality home!! I wish all builders could build a home like Kersteins. Thanks Todd and your whole team for building us such a great home!

This was my first experience with building a new home and I was very impressed with their process. They made it very easy. All of the vendors were helpful, knowledgeable and very patient as I navigated each step. They were very efficient and answered all of my questions quickly. I appreciated the quick responses and actions of Todd, Al, Mike and the Kersteins crew. My house turned out gorgeous!
