We are in the middle of remodeling our kitchen and guest bathroom. Some of the Kemper Choice cabinets have been okay, but several pieces were poorly painted. Then they have sent the incorrect replacement pieces. We have been partially finished for a month now, just waiting to get the fixes right. I would not recommend Kemper based on terrible quality control.
Rating based on awful experience with our "truster Kemper dealer" located in Rye, NH. Cabinets were received by dealer/contractor in April. They did not start installation until August. Our experiece included two damaged cabinets that took a month to reorder, exposed sides of two upper cabinets were unfinished, the two re-ordered base cabinets were lower quality than what we initially ordered and paid for and they had the incorrect style drawer fronts and doors, trash can pull-out missing (or not ordered?), pots/pan rollout drawer apparently never ordered, one upper cabinet had one door incorrect size, etc., etc. Our "trusted Kemper dealer" was not able to even resolve...read full review
Cabinet door paint crackled. Have fussed with them for months. Finally a rep called to tell me they would replace the door…:in 16-22 weeks. It will be close to a year from first contacting the vendor that sold them to us until we potentially get it replaced. Would not recommend.
