I specialize in Kitchens. Out of 5 kitchen in 15 months, all 5 ordered Thomasville from HD. Worst experience in my customers lives. Usually i suggest to my customers to use HD for the 12 months interest free financing so they can free up cash incase there is unforseen issues, when money is tight. However, my company will never use Thomasville EVER again. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STRAIGHT UP GARBAGE.
If I could rate them worse I would. NEVER BUY. Customer requested them so I installed them you’re paying for a product that should be over half the price. The finish came in not that good. They didn’t even ship me a cabinet that was on the ticket that was supposed to be there and messed up my whole timeline and delayed counters by 4-5 weeks and would do nothing about it whatsoever could not be more than unhappy and will never order them cabinets ever again. Stay away from this product
AVOID. NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. I have done 5 kitchens in 4 years and I will tell you Thomasville is no longer the quality and build that people have known. I reluctantly used them again after the last two kitchens were nothing but problems. Quality was terrible when delivered with multiple damaged parts and literally painted doors that were not sanded properly. Replacement cabinets came after months more of waiting and some of them were even worse. This last kitchen was ordered Dec 2 2025. Most of it was delivered end of January.
