I have been a loyal fan of Zen nails for 7 years now but in the last year and a half the quality at the salon has decreased. Pedicures at the salon are always consistently good but manicure experience wholeheartedly relies on who is doing them. In the last year I have had the owner and manager Andrea do my nails twice and both times it has been a horrible experience from start to finish.
This most recent time last Thursday March 26th, I received a gel x manicure. The nail prep was rough. My cuticles were nicked twice causing me to bleed. My thumb bleeding was ignored for so long that the extension applied had to be soaked off and removed. As I was bleeding, there...read full review
I like doing my nails here with Hellen. She’s an amazing nails tech. The only problem with this place is they never respect appointments and they take other clients at the time of tour appointment
