I called so many Moving companies, it was disheartening on what the final cost might be with so many undetermined factors such as fuel, number of people needed, number of items being moved, hourly rate to unload, and when the meter starts. If you could hand over a blank check and let them fill in the amount there isnt a problem...I couldnt. ....then by chance I called Angi's List (kudos to Jen also with the same dedication) and they gave me the name of several movers and I called each one, but Wild Safari Moving Company stood out from the rest. This was so unexpected the courtesy and compassion of Kenny the owner. He not only cared, he gave me a break to help me that I could not refuse. It sounded to good to be true...but he did everything he promised. There were no bad surprises before, after, during, only good ones. Which leads me to the two gentlemen he sent out. Re: Damon and Rodney, Damon called "thought" he might be a couple minutes late, but I told him this is not a life and death move, take your time. Traffic and construction is not worth losing your life over. Damon said something else on the phone, he was concerned I might over do it getting ready. From the moment they arrived until the minute they were finished, I have never seen more professional, courteous, caring, hard working men as these 2. They did a beautiful packing job and the truck had no wasted pspace, and they had everything in. Even in unloading it was an outstanding job. They went out of their way to make sure this job was done right from beginning to end. Kenny, called me to make sure all was going well. He didn't just sign me up, but followed through with more customer service than I've seen in a long time. He called me when all was done to make sure they finished as strong as they started...no question they did! I literally was blown away with this Moving Company. I will recommend them to everyone, and I not only would use them again, but I would have confidence on their outstanding preformance. In this day and age of the lack of Customer Service, they are leaders in what Customer Service should be. Find out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Sincerely, Vickie M. P.S. The driver was punctual and friendly. Arrived exactly when he said he would for both pick up and drop off. He was very helpful with loading the van and polite and talkative throughout. I would recommend this company.
I was on the third floor, and they still got done much earlier than expected. It's an excellent team to have working with you. I would use them again and feel very comfortable recommending them.
