Ron @Ward’s Towing was amazing! He arrived very fast and went over and above to get my SUV loaded. He also went the extra mile and gave me a ride to the rental car. Highly recommend!
These guys are awesome. I had three circumstances requiring a tow almost immediately after i got AAA. i had Ron (SO cute!) and Oz (super funny). The other tow came as a pair, and they were good friendly guys also. Honestly the experience i've had with ward's towing has been great this year.several years back i had them tow my Cadillac suv, and the guy somehow hooked on to my tie rod. after taking pictures and sorting it out with the manager, they decided to reimburse me for the repair. turns out, that engine was siezed and it was moot altogether, but it was nice to see a company take responsibility as issues do in fact arise.i have nothin but good to say about ward's...read full review
I was having trouble with the first technician my rental company sent out because even after changing the battery my car would not start. Then, Anthony P #16 came out to tow and fixed the problem right away out of curiosity. Literally the kindest man even when he was reprimanded for helping me, strangely enough. I wish there was a way I could thank him again. Mr. Ward, keep people like him on your team please
