A very knowledgeable person and recognized the problem immediately- we need a gas regulator which has been mentioned to your company to have that installed at the get go. We expect to hear from you shortly when the technician will be here to install it as it would be almost 7-8 weeks without our backup generator which is only 2 months old. Very unfortunate…….
I wasn’t home but interacted with him through my security cameras and my wife later that evening. He stayed until late in the evening to complete the install and I was very pleased with his work.
