Very informative about the unit and told things that I should know about it, both guys were very pleasant and walked through things that I needed to know very professional installers
this review is not in favor of Tri-State, The five stars belong only to customer service representative name Tina. my experience with Tri-State, power and water has been very disappointing! And if I knew how to give a yelp review, it would be sad. However, Tina Halibrete has made quite an effort to resolve an issue between myself and a tech that was either told to return home, or asked to return home and needed corporate ok to turn around and head back home due to weather.
First of all my dog liked Hose. Then when he explained everything he included both my wife and I. Very professional and knowledgeable of your products. Awesome young man. I feel that I can trust him and welcome at my home anytime.
