My furnace was not getting above 60F during negative temps and I made a booking online and within 5 minutes I got a call for someone to come out that morning. Mike Presley arrived and checked out our furnace and diagnosed the problem quickly but spent some extra time to show me an inspection of the furnace with the camera he used. He let me know it was a filter issue and gave me a rough estimate on the timeline of my furnace. I know it will have to be replaced soon, and he totally understood. We've used Thiele for a few years now most recently to deal with some recurring damper issues we were having. Technician Mike Presley identified a complex issue and brought forth a creative solution that required a great deal of work. Our system is now functioning extremely well. Thiele is always responsive, courteous and can be counted on to address any issue in a timely manner.
I had a new HVAC system installed by Thiele in my previous home. Upon moving recently I asked that my maintenance program be transferred to my new home. I requested Mike to perform the maintenance check up because he diagnosed and fixed an issue for me previously and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. (See my review from last year)
Mike arrived earlier than expected along with his new intern, Matthew. Both were pleasant, professional and ready to jump right into performing the maintenance.
