Xiomara answered the phone when I called to order a birthday arrangement. I was truly floored by her kind, thoughtful and professional attitude. She genuinely cared to listen and understand as I described the arrangement I had in mind. After texting her a photo, Xiomara created an arrangement and texted me a video of it for final approval before delivering it. The arrangement was gorgeous, but what distinguishes her from other florists is the outstandingly phenomenal customer service she provided!!! No florist can beat that! Go Xiomara!
The Mom’s Garden Florist went above and beyond for us. The owner was an absolute joy to work with—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She managed to fulfill a last-minute order on a holiday weekend for a funeral honoring a colleague gone too soon, and the arrangement was beautiful and heartfelt. I’m so grateful for her compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time. Highly recommend!
