I recently had a great experience at this Home Depot location. My lawn mower broke down late in the afternoon on a Sunday. I urgently needed one to finish my half mowed lawn. I went to this Home Depot and was helped by Sean J at the rental department. He was kind and helpful, sharing what options they had available to help save the day. Sean hooked me up with a mower they had and I was able to get my lawn cut. Sean’s help and kindness was what made this experience so great. I would highly recommend renting from this location and hope you get to work with Sean because of his outstanding customer service and knowledge of the equipment they have available to rent.
This Home Depot is always well stocked with the items I need. The employees on the floor are helpful and knowledgeable. The front end checkout attendants at self checkout are always nice and friendly. The road to the HD and the parking lot could use repaving, but the road obviously isn’t under their control so I can’t ding them for that.
