He suggested that I apply for the Home Depot credit card—something I would normally decline without much thought. However, the way he clearly and thoughtfully explained the benefits genuinely changed my mind, and I immediately wanted to take advantage of them.
Mr. Narinder was helpful, kind, professional, and thoughtful, and his product knowledge was superb. More than that, he made the interaction feel personal and pressure-free, which speaks volumes about his customer service skills.

I went to Home Depot today and was assisted by a Home Depot associate name Calvin, he helped me with my Xmas reindeers and carried them all the way to my car and secured them inside my car. He went above and beyond to ensure that mine and his experience was impeccable and it was. I want him to be recognized by THD for his contributions he brings and gives to every customer. Home Depot is competitive with Lowe's and Menards. Some items are less than , and can find what others don't have. With that said, Home Depot is a good place to browse and shop. Customers have the same, similar, and different experiences with Home Depot, even at different locations. They may differ with return policy.
