My initial experience with The Deck Store was great. I purchased Timertech composite decking and the lady who assisted me estimated my materials list just about right on the money. She was off because I failed to include that 2 sides of my deck were along the house so I had too much fascia board. The Deck Store happily allowed me to return the excess material with a nominal restocking fee. Secondarily however, when it came time to order the railing I hit a snag. The same woman who had been so helpful with the decking simply failed to provide pricing and ultimately discontinued responding to my email requests. I was disappointed to say the least. Jill is extremely helpful with choices. Prices better than big box stores. They have a list of contractors to boot also. Very knowledgeable employees! Looks small outside, but opens up to many products. Amazing!
