They are very friendly.They have some good quality used hardware. I am very happy with the 19" monitor I purchased to serve as a second monitor for only $25 or $35.I also came with a fairly ambitious request for service. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that, because I'm me, I want to upgrade rather than replace. It has a bottom-end motherboard and welded-in processor. I purchased a compatible motherboard and processor and gave it to them to assemble. However, the display won't work.
