Swift Tax Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Swift Tax Services. I was clearly told that my tax preparation fee would be $250 by Esay. However, when my taxes were filed, the fee was never adjusted and I was charged $679 instead.

When I contacted the office about the issue, Esay and John initially tried to offer me only $100 back. After that, Esay denied what he had originally told me, and I had to forward proof of our conversation to John in order to pursue reimbursement.

Even then, I did not receive the full amount that I was owed. Instead of correcting the error completely, they chose to refund only what they wanted to.

They are super unprofessional and they never know anything! Everytime you call, they never answer and you will always have to be transferred. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will be taking my services elsewhere next time. Horrible service!

Swift Tax Service is the best Tax preparation place in Indianapolis to come and get your Taxes done. I applied for a loan and got approve the same day. I tell everyone one to go File there taxes at Swift Tax Service.
