I had 2 service calls. One was to fix a draft motor noise due to condensate. the other was a furnace tune up. Kyle did thee first & Ryan did the second. Both did a good & professional job & knew what they were doing. Both offered furnace advice. Very friendly. rates were competive. Good firm.
Kyle was great. He answered all my questions. We had another service last year who installed a new AC system with humidifier and dehumidifier. Humidifier both never worked. He identified the humidifier was installed on wrong duct and dehumidifier did not have duct work at all. It was just sitting on floor in basement. It took a day but we now, hopefully, the humidifier will work this winter and the dehumidifier the next time it gets humid here, which probably won't happen till next summer.
