Michelle’s the sweetest! I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have been full force into nesting and trying to prepare for our daughter’s arrival. I broke two nails on separate occasions in the past week while cleaning and both times Michelle went above and beyond to fit me into her schedule, fix the nail and make sure the rest of my nails looked perfect for all the photos we’re planning on taking as soon as our baby gets here and she didn’t charge me for either time. Thank you, Michelle! You made this new mom’s day! ?

First time coming here. So glad I popped in! The vibe is great, and the people are amazing. My pedicure was so good I about fell asleep! I definitely recommend Billy. He was so kind and gentle. Would highly recommend!!

Update: My nails started lifting at the cuticle within 5 days. I called to ask if I could come in the following day for repairs. Michelle was extremely rude to me. She said that she would not do repairs to that many nails and that I needed to get a new set out on. I explained that’s what she did a week ago. Then she proceeded to tell me to come in and she would remove my acrylic nails but only paint my real nails because I had bad nails. I explained that I get my nails done on a consistent basis and don’t have these issues nor do I have bad nails. She then was raising her voice at me and said “fine, come in, I’ll fix them but I won’t do your nails again.”... read full review
