Kara at the front desk of the lab at Franciscan St Francis on South Emerson was knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and welcoming. We had spoken to her on the phone earlier and her phone etiquette is equally professional. The young lady that checked us in was also professional and efficient. Tanya, the phlebotomist was fantastic. My husband has small rolling veins but she found a good vein immediately with no poking and prodding. I would highly recommend this team. Keep up the good work.

Whenever I've went here for blood work, they've been pretty fast at getting me through registration & the wait time to get the draw done is usually only about 20 to 30 minutes, if that.

Had an appointment with Dr Mehta , I was a little apprehensive about physical therapy , i shut my mouth and did what i had to do , to my surprise i could not believe how much physical occupational and speech therapy has helped , the people that are working with me are very professional , and compassionate I am so shocked how this young man has changed my thinking about physical therapy but not just him the occupational therapist is amazing she is pointing out things that drs didn't know , I am so happy with my all of my therapy I wish I could do it over , I feel so much better than I did Kudo s to Dr Mehta I forgot to talk about the front desk girls , Ally Michele and Melanie it is so refreshing to walk into the office without confusion and those girls make that happen , if anyone needs therapy check them out they are exceptional
