I hadn’t gotten my nails done in many years, but was excited to do so once again with a friend. My artist did not speak more than two words to me- sit here. There was so much attitude (eye rolling and sighing) about switching my hands in and out of the UV light more quickly and I was so embarrassed. There were tons of pits and deep stripes on both hands of nails after they were done. I made a follow up appt to get a fill and it was the same price as my full set. During this appointment I received much kinder service but the quality was still not very good looking. Missing areas of top coat and more pits and valleys in the paint job. Maybe old paint? I stopped here a while back for an emergency broken nail just before close. They happily helped me and fixed my nail before my trip. I decided to come back and get a fill with Tim the next time. He did an amazing job and has the best personality! I have going to dozens of nail shops all over the city trying to find a good nail tech that is consistent. I finally found my place! Everyone that has been coming here has been coming to Tim for years. I plan to do the same. Highly recommend this place!

We stopped by Serene Nails because I saw multiple good reviews on here and they didn't disappoint! The place was clean and neat, they were very kind and gave great service! My grandma and I tried gel nails for the 1st time today and we are really happy with the results. We were in and out and had good conversation in between. I would definitely go back!
