Ryan Jay, DDS, PC is a highly recommended dental practice with a friendly and welcoming environment. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and provides quality care for all dental needs. Patients appreciate the clean office and the honest, straightforward approach. With over 15 years of service, the office is trusted for good preventative dentistry and effective treatments. Patients feel confident in the team's abilities and value the personalized, caring service.
Nothing, friendly, but friendly does not cover good preventative dentistry. Do not have confidence in the abilities of this team after 5 plus years of dedicated teeth cleanings, tooth removals and other treatments (bleaching being the last failure). I really tried to give benefit of doubt over and over. Wish I had not.
I visited Dr. Jay and staff today after fear of returning to a dentist— EVERYONE HERE will make you feel like you were in yesterday. That speaks VOLUMES to some of my more negative past experiences with dentists. The front staff was warm and welcoming, and so easy to talk to- I had questions about my insurance and they were VERY knowledgeable!!! Emily was my assistant for much of my visit and made sure everything was comfortable to me and was SO kind even with some more embarrassing parts of my smile! Dr Jay is also, so easy to communicate with and so unlike a ‘pretentious doctor’! I’ve also experienced that type in my past so had a little PTSD! He is warm, comforting, efficient, and so caring!!! My hygienist was so wonderful with answering my questions and being kind. I look forward to my next visit, and plan to ‘NEVER AVOID DENTISTRY’ again!!! So highly recommended!
