My father Jim Underwood was an employee there for many years (10+ probably). The employer treats his employees well and the company itself does an amazing job. It's a great job for someone who is a family oriented person as long as they have a good work ethic. The company has built several hotels and retail buildings to my knowledge. Great company and owner.
