Lauren was absolutely incredible to work with. She had an amazing turn around time, very easy to communicate with and continued to make the process so smooth and easy. Truly, this was the best flooring experience we’ve had! Highly recommend. And the floor and carpet looked absolutely amazing. Install was also quick, easy and was done incredibly!
We can’t say enough about this company. Can all customer service, people, and organizations be like this one? I’m so glad they were able to help us get new carpet before we sold our house. Rachel is nothing short of wonderful. Dave Sperling’s humility and leadership exceptional. We were in a bind with a pre-existing subfloor issue that nothing to do with carpet or RiteRug. Everything turned out amazing—we absolutely love our new floors! The installation crew was awesome and got our home done in just one day. Rachel was especially fantastic throughout the whole process. She was very thorough, patient, and genuinely worked to help us find the perfect floors while staying within our budget. I highly recommend RiteRug Flooring, and while the whole team was great, Rachel definitely made the biggest difference.
