I rented from RPM for the past three (3) years. For the past two (2) years, I often received assistance from Leni Pananganan whenever I had any concerns and/or questions. She has been absolutely great with being very responsive and helpful. She would even communicate via text message whenever I had any questions, which I was appreciative of considering my busy schedule. She made the moving out process go smoothly.
I've worked with the team at RPM for several years now. They took over management of my house from a previous management company that was terrible and it's been a night and day difference. They always get my property filled quickly and they're responsive when I need to get in touch.
RPM IM is a spectacular group of people, and they make a great team, providing stellar value. Their wealth of experience leads to great customer care. Attentive, responsive, capable. Kevin and his team really know their stuff!
