Not my hottest massage to date. Unfortunately (and somewhat comically) there were a few key factors that made this a three star experience. -Don't use Youtube on your computer as your source of music and stop the massage every three songs to click "next" on the computer. No bueno. Really throws of the flow. -Don't answer the phone in the middle of a massage. -Consider hanging up storage curtains to make the space look more like an actual massage room rather than the linens closet of the Columbia Club. -Only cash or check -Consider not asking if I would like my legs or feet massaged -isn't that assumed with a full body massage? The good: -good usage of pressure -calm and down-to-business demeanor
