Beth and the team there are absolutely the best. I was here 3 years ago and when dispatch told me to go to the Indy location I was scared. But wow this facility has change 1000% very knowledgeable and helpful manager that cares for us drivers and the crew there all act like family. And the lot was nicely plowed after the snowfall. This facility really shows they care about their jobs and their customers. They are even doing give away for Christmas to help other families. This group of people need high raises. I will defiantly be back thank you Indy for the changes..

I had not ever been to this particular Depot Connect/ Quala. There were two women that directed/ help me get checked and professional did their job. I commend the two ladies and appreciate their hospitality. The place seems to have great associates overall. When the ladies completed cleaning the tank, i was informed a truck was stuck and blocking entrance/ exit. I waited and watched the staff in 25 degree weather come to the aid of the stuck driver.

We love the Indy tank wash. They have a wide variety of products they can clean. Along with friendly and hard working staff. If helps to send an email so they can be aware you are coming. Thanks for all you do.
