Avoid this company at all costs. This is the first and absolute last time I will ever work with Prolink. I'm currently on an assignment with them and have had nothing BUT CONTINUOUS issues all revolving around pay. Perhaps it's my recruiter, Kirk Berry, who is the one constantly giving me the run around, or his higher ups, but regardless it's been nothing but issues. Things are always left unresolved or just never brought up again. You have to constantly email and practically hassle them in order to get paid what you are owed. Long lists of callers from this company. Repeated attempts to get my name off the list. I'm not even the person they are looking for.They will not update the list so people stop calling them and I've given an incredible amount of understanding and patience. After more than a year I'm not patient any more. I promised if the harassment wouldn't stop I would leave poor reviews and report to appropriate agencies IMMEDIATELY. I already tried to talk to HR, tried to talk to managers, and was directed to a poor clerk who has to deal with the phone calls while the higher ups ignore the problems. ProLink is an organization that allowed me to change and improve my life for the better. Thanks to the opportunities put in front of me and the mentors I've had to look up to, I feel that I have grown in my life personally and professionally the last 4 years! I love my team and the Healthcare Professionals that I have had the pleasure of doing business with.
