Have used Dave's services for multiple occasions due to weather issues. He replaced my roof and siding two years ago due to hail damage and his crews did quality work. He was prompt to respond when I had follow up issues (re-attach siding in a couple spots) and followed up thoroughly to ensure everything was done to satisfaction post-work.Recently had further issues requiring work on my garage roof and gutters due to large tree limb and Dave was my first call to assist with the roof. Dave Zier and his company Preferred Roofing and Restoration recently replaced my siding and repaired other storm damage for me. First he is a great communicator who keeps you in the loop for the whole process. Next he want above and beyond to locate material to make the job happen. His crew is very professional and extremely hard working and do great work. At the end of the job I had a new favorite contractor and a friend who I will definitely work with again.Services: Roof repair

Excellent experience. Full roof replacement. The crew was very efficient, like a well oiled machine. At one point, 4 guys were nailing shingles at one time. The job was finished much more quickly than I expected, at least compared to the experience of my neighbors. We have lots of plants around the foundation, but there was surprisingly little damage. Dave, the owner, is very communicative. He does what he says he will do. His crew chief has been with him a long time and is very skillful. There is only one crew. I liked that, too.
