THIS IMPROVED BY 90% BAD CARE, MOST OF THE MACHINES DAMAGED, I HAD A DRYER THAT I HAD TO PUT MY FINGER INTO FOR A MINUTE MINUTE TO ACTIVATE IT I TOLD THE MANAGER, HE REALIZED AND WENT TO THE RECEPTION AND I WENT A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS THAT I CHANGED MACHINE AND ONE OF THE WASHING MACHINES DIDN'T DRY MY CLOTHES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS FOR THE BIG WASHER WHEN I WASHED THAT SAME AMOUNT OTHER TIMES AND I SPENT THREE TIMES THE EVERYTHING, THEY SHOULD CLOSE THAT SITE OR TRANSFER IT TO PEOPLE WHO GET BACK TO THE BEFORE

I didn't even want to give them one star it is trash the machines don't work the dryers don't work they need to replace everything in this building I would never come back and the pictures that they have on here it don't even look like this in side

My washer gave out so I needed to laundry mat. Most of the washer and dryers don't work than to make it worse they charge .25 cent to use their restroom but don't supply hand soap to wash your hands. I asked the person in charge do they have soap for the restroom he said "No" then pointed to the sink by the washers. I asked "is it hand soap over there?" He replied "No" and then pointed to someones laundry detergent. I was so outdone. Keep in mind when you go in there you can't lock the door and if someone adds a quarter they can walk in on you. Talk about bad business.
