Tom was a pleasure to work with! He helped us design our kitchen and offered us options within our budget. He communicated and explained the costs and timeline clearly and precisely. The Team at Pioneer Kitchen knocked it out of the park. The entire experience from initial contact through completion was seamless, well communicated, and professional+. Our initial thought was going to a designer with Project Manager would be too expensive, but it was very comparable to working through a Big-Box. We would 100% recommend this path. The design, selection, and project timeline experience as amazing, and it is obvious that Tom and team knows this business and delivers to our expectations. Whether big or small, trust them with your project, they will deliver. The INSTALL team is off-the-chart excellent. Their level of attention to detail is amazing, they are professional and true kitchen install artists! They communicate and put you at ease at all times. They are organized, cleaned up everything each day, and were simply meticulous. I guess 20+ years of install experience shows through. The install team is enough to select Pioneer Kitchen, they are top-notch!! Their eye for detail was better than my own, and the corrected things I did not even notice.
THE BEST PLACE for cabinets \\u0026 counter tops. We went to, I know, 10 diff places looking. No joke! For 4-6mths we looked. Finally found Pioneer Kitchen. Tom, I must say is the ideal type of person to help you. He was very patient, gave us some great ideas, suggestions, recommendations \\u0026 there was no pressure. Stayed after hrs to talk \\u0026 discuss our options, choices \\u0026 chgs we wanted. Fair prices - better than Menards \\u0026 better quality. There was a small delay with counters, (out of his control) but he made up for it with something even better. Dane \\u0026 Zack did a wonderful job installing the cabinets. Dane was very particular with the work he was doing. Paid attn to detail, very organized \\u0026 precise with the things he was doing. Worked very hard the entire time with little talking. Got the job done on time. Not sure who did the counters, but again - excellent job. Everything was done within a few days. Brian came over later on to do some minor fixes. Very nice man \\u0026 we really enjoyed our conversation with him. I am so VERY happy with my new kitchen. I highly recommend Pioneer Kitchen \\u0026 the whole team. Great bunch of people doing great work together. I LOVE LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN.
