I have been searching for Nail Salon for a while . Perfect Nail Now has Great customer service and great nail techs my Pedicure is always relaxing and comfortable. My go to nail salon would have more stars ⭐️ everyone is always ? Nice
FINALLY!! I found a nail salon I can see myself returning to. After several moves and bad experiences, I have been to dozens of nail salons and never really fell in love with any. Perfect Nail Now has won my heart. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly despite being an early bird, and the staff wasted no time in ensuring my needs were met promptly. Cindy, my nail tech, was amazing. So kind, considerate, efficient yet thorough. She cleaned all of her tools throughout the process and wore gloves which I appreciated. I could tell she really cared to put in effort and make sure I felt comfortable. I'm usually hesitant to get short and simple nails, as I find that they NEVER turn out the way I want them to. I am starting to get into playing volleyball though, which I need short nails for. Cindy made them perfect. They looked exactly like the inspiration picture I showed her and I'm absolutely in love. Another thing, I have EXTREMELY dry and sensitive skin. I work in healthcare so I'm constantly washing and sanitizing my hands. This being said, I'm surprised if I don't get cut while getting my nails done. While she was tending to my cuticles and making sure my nail beds were perfect, she accidentally irritated a microscopic part of my cuticle. When I tell you it was MICROSCOPIC, I mean it. It did not bleed and it did not hurt at all; I didn't even realize it was red until she said something. Cindy's professionalism shone through when she immediately tended to the tiny irritation, ensuring it was properly disinfected and protected without disrupting the service. I promise you it was not a big deal (literally bound to happen) and not her fault whatsoever. When she finished with my nails, she cleaned it again and then protected it in Vaseline which was so sweet. Beyond exceptional service, the entire staff's dedication to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere was commendable. From tending to plants to meticulous cleaning, their efforts didn't go unnoticed. To top it off, the pricing was refreshingly reasonable, especially considering the services included in my $40 fill. Most salons up charge heavily for shaping, cuticle cutting, lotioning, and more. I can't recommend this nail salon enough. Whether you're seeking great service, a hygienic environment, or simply value for your money, this place exceeds all expectations. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Make it your go-to spot--you won't be disappointed!!
