Ron did a great job both communicating in advance and delivering a high value service. When we first spoke over the phone, I was researching competitors. He was polite, casual, and up-front. There was no pressure to "close the deal" when I told him I was still researching and would call him back. His pricing was a good deal (not the cheapest, but that one was sketchy!), so I called him back to book him. He explained what we'd need to buy in advance. On the day of, Ron called in advance to let us know of his ETA. When he arrived, he was friendly and casual. After double-checking what we wanted, he got right to work. Twice, he checked in with us to confirm a detail that we had not even anticipated (direction of the handles, etc.). When he was done, he walked us through, and we were able to double-check that everything was working smoothly. Overall, this was an EXCELLENT VALUE for our cost and was still significantly cheaper than most of the competitors. We will definitely recommend Pearman Locksmith for lock replacement/re-key services.
